Refund Policy - the basics
Please note that we do not offer refunds on services once they have been provided. Hairdressing involves creativity and individual preferences, and results can vary based on factors such as hair type, previous treatments, and home care.
Adjustments & Corrections
If you are not completely satisfied with your service, we encourage you to let us know within 48 hours of your appointment. We will be happy to arrange a complimentary adjustment where reasonable and appropriate. Adjustments must be for the same service originally booked and will not be exchanged for different services.
Booking & Refund Policy

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to a future booking within 30 days of the original appointment date.

If rescheduling is requested between 30–60 days, the deposit may still be transferred once only, subject to availability.

After 60 days, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or refunded.
